Only recently started blogging which is surprising given that I work in the Search Marketing arena. With a background in direct marketing my focus has always been on creating marketing channels that deliver quick and measurable results. With this in mind I am interested to see how sharing useful information translates to business opportunities and more importantly how that can help small to medium sized businesses.

My aim is to deliver useful information for small business owners who want to improve their online marketing results. In and amongst this I aim to share some information about myself and as a retired British Judo Team member I have decided to get back in shape with a view to fight again in either the World or European Championships (for old boys of course!!). I have been building a Search Engine Marketing business for the past ten years which takes up every waking minute and so training isn't high on the agenda. Over the next twelve months I intend to balance work and training a little more effectively however going from being supremely fit to completely unfit and back to real fitness again isn't going to be easy.
